I think it's E as well... they have to meet back at the beginning of the track, i.e. the minimum distance from start = 0. Q and P don't meet until P goes around the track 3 times and ends up back at the beginning. Q and S don't meet until S goes around the track 7 times and ends up back at the beginning. If all three ended up meeting again, they would have to be at the beginning.

It can't be D because it's asking for minimum distance from starting point. Circumference is 2100, and 16800>2100. Maximum possible distance from starting point is 1050 (it's a circle track).

the answer is d)
the ratio of the speeds of p and q is 3:2 and the ratio of speeds of q and s is 8:7 .. we jus wanna combine these two ratios,,, it ll be 12: 8 : 7.. we have to take the lcm of these values.. tht is 168... therefore the answer is 16800
