its d i suppose because mills are of different kinds not only for grains,its used for biscuits etc according to myy view and mine ore i dont think its correct sense max generator electricity beacuse if electricity is gone we use generator but it store some electricity in it so that it can produce later on requirement so max d is correct k check it once
but even refinery is for different things..not just petroleum..it can be for any crude oil..kerosene..methanol..ethanol etc etc..it a..pakka
