"ALGEBRA QUESTION OF THE DAY"

Suppose you begin reading a book on page
h and end on page k. If you read each page
completely and the pages are numbered and
read consecutively, then how many pages
have you read?
(A) h + k
(B) h – k
(C) k – h + 2
(D) k – h – 1
(E) k – h + 1

suppose h=4 and k=10 and then the pages read = 7 just count with ur fingers from 4 to 10..
therefore the answer is
k-h+1 (10 - 4 = 6 +1 = 7 pages)
