Four concentric ( having the same center ) circles with radii, x, 2x, 3x and 4x are drawn to form two rings A and B as shown in the figure.

area of inner ring is : area of outer circle of inner ring - area of inner circle of inner ring

the same way for outer ring too so the answer will be 3:7
