well the exact answer is 4 root 41, i dont know how u change it into approximations...

answer is sqrt 164 (2root 41)..and they have asked us to find the answer closest amongst the options given..and the closest is sqrt 169=13 ..hence 13
Also sqrt 41 has to be between 6 and 7 (i.e between sqrt 36 and sqrt 49)..hence 2 root 41 has to be between 12 and 14..the only option is 13
CORRECT ANS IS B
