as snj153 hadnt mentioned the proper months..as the total of $3,861 when rented for each of the 12 months of the year is considered..so it should be
3x/2 + 6x/3 + x=3861
=>3(x/2+2x/3+x)=3861
=>13x=7722
=>x=594
