  8. its q coz da % change is given.... & q had the worst % sale in 1978 from there it has gone to +9% in 1979 so the diff is the greatest compared to others....

  9. its q coz in 1977-1978 he had worst sale. but during 1978-1979 he got rise more than other who rise in sale. so q got more rise than any other.

  10. i believe its R... you multiply the percentages across the 2 years for each store, to get the total percentage change per store. it doesn't matter what the actual $ value is to start with as we're dealing with percentage...

  11. The data given are %change. We have no information about the absolute quantities, just the relative differences.

    The question is about absolute quantities => Can't be determined.

    Let's say P sold 10.000$ in 1977, we can find the mount sold in 1979 easily:
    10.000*(1+10/100)*(1-10/100)

    An so on eith each one of the companies.

    The problem is we have no initial amount, no 10.000$ or whatever so we can't do any calculatons

    ANSWER is E
