27 creams in each layer.

Each row has 9 creams. That makes it 3 rows in each layer.

Each row has 2 vanilla creams. So one layer has 6 vanillas in one layer.

Two layers/one box will have 12 vanilla creams.

200 boxes will have 200*12=2400.

ANSWER IS D
