there r nine numbers ex. 111,222,........999
total no. from 100 to 999 are 900
then percentage is
(9\900)*100
=1%

they r totaly 8 number r there in between 100 to 999...that is 111 222 333 444 555 666 777 888 and 999 is not include ... so (8\888)*100 = 0.98 therefore it is 1%

They are 8 numbers (111 - 888) and their percent from 899 numbers is 0.89% which is approximately 1% so the closest answer is A.

First we have to find the how many numbers b/w 100 to 999 inclusiv.
mean total numbers b/w a to b inclusive is b-a+1.
that is total numbers are 900
the numbers have same digits are
111,222,333,444,555,666,777,888,999
Totally 9 are ther

Percentage=9/900*100=1%

answer is 1%

1% as there is one three digit no. with the same no. for every hundred nos. and so there are totally 900 nos. between 100 and 999 therefore the percentage can be calculated as follows:
[9/900]*100=1%
