ReplyDeletecost price is $450 and selling price is $700...10%discount makes selling price $630 but profit gained is $54 making the selling price $504...so D% discount is (630-504)100/630=20...so D=20...so if 1.5D% discount i.e. 30% discount is given then the selling price will be $490 and the profit will be $40(490-450)
